Cars can run on water

Just came across a new site today that claims it can increase the gas mileage of your car for about $60 in parts and run with the help of water. I have heard of it before but have not actually tried it. I have researched into this a little bit and it runs off a process called Brown's gas or something like that. This is the site that I found

Curious if anybody else has heard of this or has tried it. I am always looking for new ways to save on energy and become more self sufficient. So any new ideas are always welcome. I will continue to research and update with new things that I find as well. Keep it green and keep your freedom.
